Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
最后更新:28 July 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Zap Bridge (“we”, “us”, “the Service”, provided via zapbridge.tech and related subdomains) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. The Service is operated independently by an individual developer.
By using the Service you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the Service. If you have any questions about this Policy, you can contact us at vandervitt.li@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
To provide and improve the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: the email address, display name, and avatar obtained when you sign in through a third-party account such as Google.
- Content you create: the landing page configurations and copy you produce in the Service, the images you upload or select, the custom domains you connect, and similar material.
- Visitor data captured through your landing pages: pages you publish may capture a visitor's name, email, phone number, or message. For this data you are the data controller, and we act solely as your data processor, storing and transmitting it on your behalf.
- Usage and technical data: access logs, IP address, device and browser type, and statistics on page visits and conversions.
- Payment information: paid plans are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. We neither access nor store your full card details.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to maintain your signed-in session, save preferences, and carry out usage analytics.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the features and experience of the Service;
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- To process plan subscriptions, billing, and related notifications;
- To keep the Service secure and to prevent and investigate fraud and abuse;
- To communicate with you where necessary about service changes, security matters, and important notices;
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Third-party services and sub-processors
To operate the Service we use a number of third-party providers, which may process relevant data within the scope of the services they provide to us. These include authentication services, cloud hosting and databases, payment providers, stock image services, and the artificial intelligence services used to generate landing page content.
Separately, you may configure third-party tracking pixels (such as Meta, TikTok, and Google) on your own landing pages. Data processing by those third parties is governed by their respective privacy policies; enabling them is your decision, and you are responsible for using them compliantly.
5. Roles regarding landing pages and visitor data
For the personal data of visitors captured through your landing pages, you are the data controller and we are the data processor, storing and making that data available solely on your instructions.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for capturing visitor data, and for providing the necessary privacy notices and consent mechanisms to visitors on your own landing pages. You remain responsible for the compliance of your landing page content and your data processing.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account exists and for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy. After you close your account we will delete or anonymise the relevant data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to retain it.
7. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
8. Your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent you have previously given. You can contact us at vandervitt.li@gmail.com to exercise these rights, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
9. International data transfers
The Service is offered to users worldwide, and your information may be stored and processed in different countries or regions. By using the Service you understand and agree to such cross-border transfers.
11. Minors
The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors; if you believe we may hold such data, please contact us promptly so we can delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and where the changes are material we will notify you by appropriate means.
13. Language
This Policy is published in English and Simplified Chinese. The English version is the authoritative text: in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the two versions, the English version prevails.
